<p>A method for charging a discharge medium in a gas-discharge lamp and a product manufactured therefrom.The method comprises: charging a discharge medium in a sealed vacuum container to form a discharge medium pack (100); before the vacuum treatment of a discharge lamp, placing the discharge medium pack (100) into a discharge tube (21) of the discharge lamp; and after the manufacture of the discharge lamp is completed, treating the discharge medium pack (100) in the discharge tube (21), so that the discharge medium in the discharge medium pack (100) is released into the discharge tube (21).An external electrode flat fluorescent lamp manufactured using the abovementioned method includes two fluorescent lamp glass plates (11, 12) and a discharge tube (21) arranged therebetween, the two ends of the discharge tube (21) being provided with electrodes (22), and at least one glass tube or ceramic tube (100) being provided in the discharge tube (21).The abovementioned method solves the problems of vacuum environment maintenance and mercury pollution in the manufacturing process of a gas-discharge lamp.</p> |
