摘要 The present invention relates to a cake product with a layered structure, which is manufactured by configuring two layers of cream, three layers of cake bread and one layer of chocolate, and developing multi-layered sanding technology and a top coating technology of chocolate in order to differentiate the cake product from ordinary mass-produced cake products. The manufacturing method of a cake comprises a cake material mixing step; a cake bread molding step of transferring the mixed cake material from a transfer hopper to a molding hopper, and allowing cake bread to output as sheet form cake bread with a thickness of 5 mm or less through a rectangular frame having a roll; a step of baking the rectangular cake bread in an oven; a cutting step of cutting the cake bread baked in the oven with a cutter; a step of coating alcohol syrup on the surface of the cut cake bread; a step of coating cream on the rectangular cake bread; a step of finishing five-layered cake by combining the bread coated with cream one by one to become two layers of cream and three layers of bread; a step of topping chocolate on the top of the combined cake; and decorating with a predetermined pattern. According to the present invention, when combining the three layers, the bread is filled not to be broken, and when the chocolate is topped, the chocolate is naturally topped on the top of the cake only.
