摘要 The present invention relates to a microfluidic channel using alternating current voltage and a detecting method using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the microfluidic channel using alternating current voltage comprises a separating channel which separates into a plurality of separated substances by applying the alternating current voltage into the inner wall of a fluid pipe wherein the substances pass; and detecting channels which are separated from the separating channel at predetermined distances and detect the plurality of separated substances passing the separating channel using electric signals. Accordingly, electrodes are formed at the inner wall of the fluid pipe in the microfluidic channel to apply the alternating current voltage so that electric double layers are formed in the fluid pipe to exactly detect the separated substances included in the substances to be analyzed by the potential modulation.
