PURPOSE: Soap comprising wood-cultivated ginseng has excellent skin-whitening effect, skin-releasing effect, and skin-moisturizing effect, thereby being useful. CONSTITUTION: Soap includes wood-cultivated ginseng. 0.1-10 wt% of one or more wood-cultivated ginseng selected from a root, a stem, or a leaf is included based on the total weight of the soap. The soap includes 0.1-5 wt% or greater of one or more components selected from alisma leaf, alisma stem, alisma flower, alisma root, eel shell, eel bone, and eel flesh. A manufacturing method of the soap includes a step of adding the wood-cultivated ginseng to a soap base and stirring the mixture.
