PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a lamellar liquid crystal type cosmetic for cleansing, which easily fits to a makeup stain, exhibits excellent cleansing power whether the skin is wet or not wet, and leaves no oily feeling after water-washing, so giving good use feeling.SOLUTION: A composition for a cosmetic is represented by the formula (I) (where R is straight-chained or branched and represents an alkyl group, an alkenyl group or a hydroxyalkyl group: n represents an integer of 2 to 10: and GL represents a glycerine unit), where a lamellar liquid crystal phase is formed by a polyglycerine monoether having a HLB value of 6 to 12. |
