PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy sheet material achieving both high strengthening and reduction of flexure deflection coefficient at high level.SOLUTION: A Cu-Ni-Co-Si-based copper alloy sheet material has a number density of "ultrafine second phase particles" having a particle diameter of 2 nm or more and less than 10 nm of 1.0×10/mmor more, the number density of "fine second particles" having a particle diameter of 10 nm or more and less than 100 nm of 5.0×10/mmor less, and the number density of "coarse second particles" having a particle diameter of 100 nm or more and 3.0 μm or less of 1.0×10/mmto 1.0×10/mmamong second particles present in a parent phase, and a ratio between an X-ray diffraction intensity of a {200} crystal face on the copper alloy sheet material face and the X-ray diffraction intensity of a {200} crystal face on a pure copper standard powder material, I{200}/I{200} of 3.0 or more. |
