<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute graphic display without generating the sense of incompatibility in viewing in a receiving apparatus enabling 3D display, and to improve usability of an electronic program table.SOLUTION: A receiving apparatus or a reproducing apparatus, which obtains digital information including information indicating whether cubic display can be made or not together with video information, comprises a control unit for producing graphic data for display added with a parallax. Graphic data without generating the sense of incompatibility to a user is produced by converting all or a part of the graphic data into data for cubic display, when producing the graphic data for display according to a condition of the cubic display of output video. In particular, when producing data of an electronic program table, the cubic display is executed partially, according to purpose, and thereby usability for a user is improved.</p> |
