<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a potential generation circuit capable of reducing power consumption with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The potential generation circuit includes: a first high-side potential generation part 2 for generating first high-side potential; a second high-side potential generation part 1 for generating second high-side potential lower than the first high-side potential; a reference potential generation part for generating reference potential lower than the second high-side potential by current push-pull operation on the basis of a reference voltage VR; and a high-side regeneration part 5. The high-side regeneration part 5 includes a high-side inductor 51 and a high-side diode 52, the second high-side potential generation part 1 supplies a current to the reference potential generation part 4 in accordance with potential variation of the reference potential generation part 4, and the high-side regeneration part 5, after stopping of the current supply, utilizes electric energy stored in the high-side inductor 51 as a current to the first high-side potential generation part 2.</p> |
