A building device is disclosed for covering a plurality of beams in which each beam is disposed parallel to an adjacent beam. The building device includes a first elongate portion which has a first and a second end and a first and a second edge. The elongate portion defines a plurality of arms. A second elongate portion has a first and a second extremity and a first and a second side. The second elongate portion defines a plurality of members such that each member cooperates with a corresponding arm of said plurality of arms. The second portion cooperates with the first portion for defining therebetween a plurality of cavities with each cavity of the plurality of cavities receiving therein a conduit for the flow therethrough of a fluid heat transfer medium. |
