The method involves generating absorption cooling or vacuum boiling of surrounding water i.e. surface water of oceans, required for absorption of vapor by water flash evaporation from a recuperative cycle. Rich solution (15) is supplied from a water tank (12) to an absorber (24) to control absorption heat temperature, so that the solution reacts to walls of a recuperator (3) under cooling of water vapor and flows at an absorber bottom as a poor solution. The poor solution is sprayed at absorber bottom, so that the rich solution is cooled before being supplied to a poor solution tank (21).
