The electronically regulated spring damper has a disk package which fulfils a role of the elastic element and stiffening agent to object portions. The disk package is firmly held directing elements. The disks are divided in two groups which have one disk or more. Each disk is fastened at the object with an edge. A pressing device is provided which ensures a predetermined necessary hardness. The pressing device controls an electronic unit depending on the size of the transported goods. The electronic unit comprises a control memory and a logic.
