The present invention relates to a locking apparatus of a housing sheet for vehicles. The locking apparatus for locking or unlocking the housing sheet for the vehicles comprises a frame; a recliner connector vertically rotating by being located in the frame; a lever connected to the recliner connector by a cable and performing a cam-operation; and a cam connected to a seat back cable holder of the housing sheet by the cable, eccentrically rotating around a rotary shaft by the movement of the cable, and detached to the lever.
