The present invention relates to the field of communications. Disclosed are an aerial-array-based reference signal mapping method, device and system, capable of reducing the waste of system resources caused by reference signal design, and improving system compatibility. The method comprises: a transmission node forms in space a transmission aerial array into a plurality of beams pointing in different directions, each beam being formed through beamforming by some or all of the aerial ports on the aerial array, and the beam directions including an elevation angle direction, an azimuth angle direction, or a spatial arbitrary direction; the transmission node configures a reference signal on each beam. An embodiment of the present invention is applicable to reference signal mapping. |
