The present invention relates to a sealing film for a lead tab of a secondary battery for sealing between the lead tab and exterior materials in the secondary battery. The present invention includes: a main layer; a first skin layer formed on one surface of the main layer; and a second skin layer formed on the other surface wherein the first skin layer and the second skin layer have a non-polar resin layer with non-polar polypropylene-based resin and a polar resin layer formed on one surface or both surfaces of the non-polar resin layer and having polar polypropylene-based resin, and the non-polar resin layer provides the sealing film for the lead tab of the secondary battery having a melting point higher than the polar resin layer. The present invention enhances an adhesion force between the lead tab and the exterior materials and has excellent physical stability and dimensional stability.
