PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition capable of suppressing, when bonding a polycarbonate film with another component through an adhesive agent, a lifting or separation due to a gas composition generated from the polycarbonate film, and an adhesive sheet using the same.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition includes at least an acrylic adhesive agent and a crosslinking agent. The crosslinking agent is hexamethylene diisocyanate. The hexamethylene diisocyanate of 1.3-3.2 pts.mass is included with regard to the acrylic adhesive agent of 100 pts.mass.
