摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preserving a fruit juice and/or a vegetable juice for a long time while keeping the color tone without impairing the flavor of the fruit juice and/or the vegetable juice.SOLUTION: According to a preservation method for a fruit juice and/or a vegetable juice, a fruit juice and/or a vegetable juice is preserved in an oxygen absorbing container wholly or partly using an oxygen absorbing multilayer body including: an oxygen absorbing layer (a layer A) composed of an oxygen absorbing resin composition containing a polyester compound and a transition metal catalyst; and a resin layer (a layer B) containing a thermoplastic resin. In the preservation method for the fruit juice and/or the vegetable juice, the polyester compound contains a constitutional unit having at least one kind of a tetralin ring.
