<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor with high measurement accuracy.SOLUTION: In a biosensor 100 which includes: an electrode layer 110 where an electrode system containing an action electrode and a counter electrode is disposed on one surface of an insulating substrate; a spacer layer 120 where slits 104 are formed and the slits 104 are disposed on a tip side of the action electrode and the counter electrode, and are laminated on one surface of the electrode layer 110; a cavity 103 which is formed by the electrode layer 110 and the slits 104 and is supplied with a specimen; a cover layer 130 where air holes communicating with the cavity 103 are formed and are laminated on the spacer layer 120; and a reaction layer 106 which is exposed to the cavity 103 and is disposed at a tip side of the action electrode 101 and the counter electrode 102; a function of filtering blood cells, etc, in a blood specimen is improved as a result of the reaction layer 106 containing water-insoluble rod-like fine particles, and the reduction effect of an influence of difference in a hematocrit value of the blood specimen on measurement accuracy is thereby improved.</p> |
