The present invention relates to a secondary battery. The secondary battery includes an electrode tap; a terminal part which is fixed to the electrode tap and is connected to an external circuit; an elastic insulating member which is fixed to the terminal part, is linked with the separation of the electrode tap from the terminal part, is inserted between the electrode tap and the terminal part to prevent the recontact of the electrode tap with the terminal part. A secondary battery according to the embodiment of the present invention like this, obtains a safer structure easily and improves reliability by allowing the electrode tap not to touch the terminal again with being linked with the separation of the terminal from the electrode tap. |
