An LNG fuel supply system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an LNG storage tank which includes a first storage tank group, a second storage tank group which is installed to be adjacent to the first storage tank group, and a connection line which connects the first storage tank group with the second storage tank group; a fuel supply line which is connected from the LNG storage tank to an engine; and a pump which is arranged on the fuel supply line and pressurizes LNG which is discharged from the LNG storage tank. The LNG of the second storage tank group passes the first storage tank group through the connection line and flows to the fuel supply line. The LNG fuel supply system according to the present invention is able to improve operation efficiency by reducing cool-down time by reducing the length of the line of the second storage tank group which has a shorter separated distance from the adjacent first storage tank group than the high pressure pump in the LNG storage tank which includes the first storage tank group and the second storage tank group.
