The present invention relates to a device of holding a spray gun used in a coating process for an outside plate of a hull and, more specifically, is configured to easily allow the spray gun to direct the spray gun to a target point by easily rotating and tilting the spray gun in a spray direction. To achieve the above object, the device of holding the spray gun for an aerial ladder comprises a fixed stand which is fixed to a basket of an aerial ladder, a support which is mounted on the upper end of the fixed stand to rotate in a horizontal direction, a clamp which is mounted on the upper end of the support and fixes the spray gun, and a hinge unit which is formed at the middle of the length of the support by tilting the clamp in a vertical direction.
