PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and simplify a refrigerant circuit and a HVAC unit, to achieve low cost, and to improve cooling/heating capacity and defrosting capacity of a car room outside evaporator.SOLUTION: A refrigerant heating device 41 is installed adjacently to the suction part of a motor compressor 20, and a first temperature type expansion valve 42 is installed adjacently to the inlet of the refrigerant heating device 41. The first temperature type expansion valve 42 includes a refrigerant heating flow path for supplying a refrigerant to the refrigerant heating device 41 and a bypass flow path for directly sucking the refrigerant by the motor compressor 20 without supplying any refrigerant to the refrigerant heating device 41. In a HVAC unit, an air path is formed so that a total amount of air passed through a car room inside evaporator 8 flows through a car room inside condenser 9. A three-way selector valve 23 is disposed on the discharge side of the motor compressor 20. A refrigerant discharged from the motor compressor 20 is selectively supplied to the car room inside condenser 9 or a car room outside condenser 21. Temperature control is performed by changing the rotational speed of the motor compressor 20. |
