PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: compositions of chimeric anti-endoglin antibodies and anti-VEGF agents; the use of the chimeric anti-endoglin antibodies and Bevacizumab; the use of compositions to inhibit VEGF-induced sprouting; and the use of compositions to inhibit angiogenesis.SOLUTION: The present application relates to: compositions of chimeric anti-endoglin antibodies and anti-VEGF agents; the chimeric anti-endoglin antibodies and Bevacizumab; compositions to inhibit VEGF-induced sprouting; and compositions to inhibit angiogenesis.
