PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improved methods to address the issue of anti-FVIII antibodies in haemophilia A and acquired haemophilia.SOLUTION: A peptide comprises a core residue sequence derivable from human FVIII, and is capable of binding to an MHC class II molecule without further antigen processing. The present invention also relates to the use of such peptides for the prevention or suppression of inhibitor antibody formation in haemophilia A and/or acquired haemophilia.
