摘要 A clamp snubber circuit for reducing a value of a peak voltage on a power switch of a power converter includes: a clamp switch; a clamp capacitor having a first terminal electrically coupled to the power switch via the clamp switch, and a second terminal electrically coupled to a ground; and at least one resistance adjustment circuit, each of which includes: a switch element having a first terminal electrically coupled to the first terminal of the clamp capacitor, a second terminal electrically coupled to the ground, and a control terminal; and a control circuit configured to receive a detection parameter of the power converter and compare the detection parameter with a preset parameter and output a control signal to the control terminal of the switch element to adjust a resistance value of the resistance adjustment circuit. Peak voltages applied on power switches may be clamped and absorbed more effectively.
