Provided are: a positive electrode material that is chemically stable with respect to a solid sulfide electrolyte, and allows a discharge voltage to be increased; an all-solid-state battery; and a method for producing the positive electrode material and the all-solid-state battery. The positive electrode material contains a positive electrode active material and a solid sulfide electrolyte. The positive electrode active material contains a lithium composite oxide having a polyanion structure represented by the general formula, LiaMmXObFc (in the chemical formula: M represents at least one type of transition metal; X is at least one type of element selected from a group comprising B, Al, Si, P, Cl, Ti, V, Cr, Mo and W; a is a numerical value wherein 0 < a ≤ 3; m is a numerical value wherein 0 < m ≤ 2; b is a numerical value wherein 2 ≤ b ≤ 4; and c is a numerical value wherein 0 ≤ c ≤ 1). A sulfide that differs from the solid sulfide electrolyte exists on the interface between the positive electrode active material and the solid sulfide electrolyte. The all-solid-state battery (10) is provided with a positive electrode layer (11) comprising the abovementioned positive electrode material, a negative electrode layer (12), and a solid electrolyte layer (13) disposed between the positive electrode layer (11) and the negative electrode layer (12). |
