<p>The present invention relates to the field of driving technology and provides a driving device. The driving device comprises a control unit, a driving unit, an output unit and a detection unit, wherein the control unit is connected to the driving unit, the driving unit is connected to the output unit, the detection unit is connected to the output unit and the control unit respectively, and the driving unit comprises a motor stator and a motor rotor, with the motor rotor being fixedly coupled to the output unit, and a spacer sleeve being provided between the motor stator and the motor rotor. According to the present invention, the spacer sleeve is provided between the motor stator and the motor rotor, and the motor stator and other parts and components which are easily generate dust are separated from the motor rotor, and therefore from the output unit, so that the driving device is suitable for high purity environments such as vacuums and other clean environments. The output unit is directly connected to the motor rotor without a dynamic sealing apparatus therebetween, so that intermediary unreliable components are reduced, the operation accuracy is improved, and the requirements of high accuracy and reliability are satisfied.</p> |
