<p>Disclosed are a fingerprint connector and a fingerprint authentication system, which belong to the technical field of communications. The fingerprint connector comprises: a fingerprint sensing module used for performing fingerprint authentication, a first communication interface, a second communication interface, and a diverter switch which is used for controlling the fingerprint sensing module to connect to a mobile terminal via the first communication interface and used for controlling the mobile terminal to connect to the second communication interface via the first communication interface, wherein the diverter switch is connected to the fingerprint sensing module, the first communication interface and the second communication interface.
