The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a flexible display device. The method includes: a process of forming a sacrificial layer at the center except for the boundary area of a support substrate through a coating process using a coating solution; a process of attaching a flexible substrate to the sacrificial layer; a process of forming an element layer on the flexible substrate; and a step of separating the support substrate from the flexible substrate. At the time, the process of forming the element layer on the flexible substrate includes a process of forming an align mark in the boundary area of the support substrate. The present invention is able to resolve the existing problem of having difficulties in a mask align process due to the sacrificial layer formed on the support substrate by forming the align mark in the boundary area of the support substrate. In particular, by forming the sacrificial layer at the center except for the boundary area of the support substrate in the coating process using the coating solution, it is possible to simplify the process and reduce costs. |
