PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-pack type hair cosmetic obtained by mixing a first agent and a second agent which provides reduced irritating smell due to ammonia, and has an excellent application property to hair.SOLUTION: A two-pack type hair cosmetic comprises a first agent containing an alkali agent, and a second agent containing an oxidant. The first agent contains (A) polyoxyethylene alkyl ether having 50 or more of polyoxyethylene chain length, (B) higher alcohol, and (C) polyoxyethylene alkyl ether having shorter polyoxyethylene chain length than that of (A) polyoxyethylene alkyl ether. The content of higher alcohol having the carbon number of 20 or more in (B) higher alcohol is 1.0 wt.% or less with respect to the weight of the first agent. |
