PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator which can be secured easily and stably to a vibrating body, and can be removed therefrom by easy and reliable operation, and to provide a power generation system including the power generator.SOLUTION: A power generator 100 includes: a power generation part 10 which is used by being secured to a vibrating body composed of a magnetic material and generating power by vibration; a generator body 1 including a base 23 for supporting the power generation part 10 on one surface side; and a permanent magnet 91 provided on the other side of the base 23 opposite from the one side displaceably for the thickness direction of the base 23. The generator body 1 is secured to the vibrating body by making the permanent magnet 91 to be attracted to the vibrating body, so that the power generation part 10 can generate power by utilizing vibration of the vibrating body. |
