This constitution can increase a cold heat recovery amount to the cold heat recovery common heating medium Na for circulating the cold heat recovery heating medium circulating passage 27A, by a cold heat recovery amount from supply gas A before preheating by heat exchange between the cold heat recovery common heating medium Na in the supply gas front stage preheater 21A and the supply gas A before preheating, more than a cold heat recovery amount to the cold heat recovery common heating medium Na for circulating in a cold heat recovery heating medium circulating passage 27. |
