PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening ring for connecting a valve and a pipe joint that can enhance corrosion resistance property while applying thin coating with powder coating to suppress its cost, and can ensure bond strength and sealability without damaging a resin pipe while maintaining the corrosion resistance property; a powder coating method of the fastening ring; and the valve and the pipe joint.SOLUTION: A transfer region 17 is a region that transfers from both end surfaces 16, 16 of an outer peripheral part 15 of a cylindrical ring body 10 to an inner peripheral part 18, and powder coating having a predetermined film thickness is applied to the outer peripheral part 15 and both end surfaces 16, 16. In the transfer region 17, a transfer coating film 31 is applied, which transfers from both end surfaces 16, 16 toward the inner peripheral part 18 so as to gradually become thin. |
