PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic surgical ultrasonic chip, an ophthalmic surgical handpiece with the ophthalmic surgical ultrasonic chip, and an ophthalmic surgical ultrasonic apparatus with the ophthalmic surgical ultrasonic chip of which a chip or a handpiece can be replaced with less effort during operation.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic surgical ultrasonic chip is attached to an ophthalmic surgical handpiece having an ultrasonic vibration element, breaks a nucleus lentis using the torsion vibration from the ultrasonic vibration element, includes a capillary in which a suction passage is formed, and sucks and removes the broken tissues through the suction passage. The ophthalmic surgical ultrasonic chip comprises a hollow stem part in which the capillary is formed, and a head part which is formed on a tip side of the stem part and includes a round tip part formed at a tip thereof, a breaking part formed in the rear of the tip part and having a projection part for breaking the nucleus lentis by torsion vibration, and a suction hole coupled with the capillary. |
