<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device that even though cutting means is not in parallel with a thermal head in the printing device, can eliminate slippage occurring between a printing region of an image and a cutting position without adjusting the thermal head and the position of the cutting means.SOLUTION: The printing device comprises: a thermal head for printing an image on a continuous form; cutting means for cutting the continuous form; conveying means for conveying the continuous form in a longitudinal direction; setting means for setting the correction amount of the image printed by the thermal head; and correction means for making correction so that a pixel of the image to be printed on the continuous form by the thermal head is displaced, depending on the correction amount set by the setting means, in a longitudinal direction of the continuous form to arrange obliquely the pixel in the width direction of the continuous form having the image printed thereon on the continuous form.</p> |
