<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of preventing improper connection without providing a rib on the outer peripheral surface of a battery pack, and an electric tool.SOLUTION: A recessed part 6 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of an insertion part 5 of a battery side housing 3. The recessed part 6 has a groove shape extending in the insertion direction of a battery pack. The insertion part 5 has an outer peripheral surface shape that is substantially symmetrical relative to the battery insertion direction as an axis when the recessed part 6 is not provided. The recessed part 6 enters a space between the outer peripheral surfaces of battery cells 7, 7. The recessed part 6 regulates an insertion position in mounting the battery pack 1 with the insertion direction as an axis, by the engagement with a projecting part on an electric tool side.</p> |
