<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target detector that is able to avoid a reception fault resulting from a modulation pulse signal.SOLUTION: A rader system 10 comprises: an electric field map generation unit 17 configured to generate an electric field intensity map; a threshold data holding unit 18 configured to hold data about an electric field intensity threshold; a reception fault map generating unit 19 configured to generate a reception fault map configured to compare the data of the electric field intensity map and the data about the electric field thresh old and generate a reception fault map indicating that there is the possibility of a reception fault or not; a reception fault determination unit 20 configured such that if the traveling direction of a modulation pulse signal overlaps an area where there is the possibility of a reception fault based on the reception fault map, a signal is output to indicate that there is the possibility of a reception fault in the emission of a current or next modulation pulse signal; and a modulation specification instructing unit 21 configured to instruct to set transmission power for a modulation pulse signal according to a distance from the rader unit 10 to the target.</p> |
