<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability in the arrangement and fixing of an electronic component, the contact with a printed circuit board, and the heat dissipation by a simplified process.SOLUTION: A method for incorporating at least one electronic component in a printed circuit board includes a step for preparing a layer of a printed circuit board for supporting electronic components 1, 2, 3, a step for applying an adhesive 5 onto the surface of the layer, and fixing the electronic components 1, 2, 3 onto the layer by the adhesive 5, a step for sticking or arranging at least one electrical conductor layer to or on the electronic components 1, 2, 3, on a side face or a surface separated from the adhesive 5, and a step for patterning the electrical conductor layer according to the contacts of the electronic components 1, 2, 3 and/or the conductor track formed on the printed circuit board.</p> |
