A separating element is arranged within the housing, and divides a space into multiple evaporation compartments. Water-supply arrangements (14, 15) feed the water and a vapor discharge unit discharges vapor into partial baking chambers of an oven, and evaporation compartments of the heating element are partially penetrated. The heating element is releasably arranged in the housing.
