The system has a first set of modules comprising wall or slab elements (9, 11). A second set of modules comprises rod-shaped or tubular elements (17, 19, 23, 25) that serve as retaining elements to ensure integrity of the slab elements of the first set of modules by forming an enclosure. Roof surfaces (3) are formed by identical parts. Side walls (1) form rectangular or square shaped slab elements. Round tubes extend along two opposite side edges of the slab elements. The round tubes are attached at the wall or slab elements.
