The present invention relates to a non-woven fabric for a high temperature air filter, which removes harmful gas dust generated at high temperatures. The non-woven fabric is for a back filter which removes harmful gas dust generated at high temperatures. The non-woven fabric comprises double layered structure made with a surface layer and a back layer by a physical conjunction. The surface layer is mixed with meta-aramid (Nomex), PPS, and staples. The back layer comprises a scrim made from Teflon-coated low density glass. The present invention is obtained by the following processes: two deniers of compressed meta-aramid and two deniers of PPS are mixed at a ratio of 5:5 wt%; web is obtained by a bounding process by removing impurities, blowing, molding, and needle-punching; and physical bounding process including needle-punching is performed by laminating the Teflon-coated low density glass scrim on the backside of the web. |
