The present invention relates to a hydrogen production system using a liquid reforming reaction. The main purpose of the present invention is in providing an effective hydrogen production system capable of producing hydrogen at low costs using resources including liquid hydrocarbon and water. In order to achieve the purpose, with regard to a hydrogen production system for producing hydrogen by a liquid reforming reaction of hydrocarbon, a hydrogen production system is disclosed, comprising: a raw material supply unit supplying liquid hydrocarbon compounds including liquid hydrocarbon and water; a APR reactor connected to the raw material supply unit and performing a liquid reforming reaction of liquid hydrocarbon compounds supplied by the raw material supply unit; and a hydrogen separator connected to the APR reactor and separating hydrogen from gas products generated by the liquid reforming reaction in the reforming reaction.
