<p>Disclosed are a method, an apparatus, and a user equipment for determining a channel quality indicator (CQI). The method comprises: determining an RFM according to an SIR; searching correspondence between an SIR and an equivalent coding rate for an equivalent coding rate corresponding to the SIR; and determining an RTBS according to the equivalent coding rate and physical resource allocation information of an HS-PDSCH. By means of the present invention, a large amount of storage space during bottom layer implementation is saved, and also, the flexibility of CQI adjustment is enhanced to improve the adaptability to a changing external environment.</p> |
