Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for transaction of an automatic liquidation conditional stock. Embodiments of the present invention prevent excessive loss from occurring when a user performs stock transaction, and minimize generation of loss during stock transaction and improve convenience of the user by comparing a stock transaction trend with a predetermined liquidation condition when the predetermined liquidation condition is set to obtain a suitable profit, and automatically performing a stock transaction liquidation when the stock transaction trend corresponds to the predetermined liquidation condition. |
