<p>The present invention relates to a warning system for a vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a warning system for a vehicle, which allows a hearing-impaired driver to easily recognize dangerous situations occurring in the left and right sides of a vehicle. The warning system for a vehicle comprises: a microphone which is to be inputted with sound source signals generated in the left and right sides around a vehicle of a driver; a controller which analyzes the sound source signals inputted through the microphone in order to determine the occurrence of a horn sound of other vehicles, divides the horn sound occurring direction into the left side and the right side, and then outputs a control signal for warning a dangerous situation in the relevant direction; and a warning device which operates to visually display the dangerous situation in the left or right side according to the control signal outputted from the controller.</p> |
