The present invention relates to a method for processing a glass substrate for display and, more specifically, to a method for rapidly, accurately, and uniformly cutting a glass substrate for display by comprising the steps of: (S1) forming scribing lines by irradiating the glass substrate with laser beam along the target predetermined shaped cutting line; (S2) masking the remaining parts except the scribing line part using a resist film; and (S3) cutting the glass substrate by etching the scribing line part among the masked glass substrate using an etchant.
