<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulfide solid electrolytic material having a high Li-ion conductivity chiefly.SOLUTION: To solve the problem, a sulfide solid electrolytic material is provided, which is composed of a glass ceramic, and comprises Li, A (A is at least one of P, Si, Ge, Al and B), X (X is halogen), and S. The sulfide solid electrolytic material has peaks at 2θ=20.2° and 23.6° in X-ray diffraction measurement with Cu Kαrays.</p> |
