An apparatus for producing a packet containing a food or pharmaceutical product comprising: - a connection station (2) of a dispensing spout to remaining parts of the packet; - a controlled atmosphere zone (3); - pneumatic transport means (4) of the packet, said transport means (4) being operatively interposed between the connection station (2) and the controlled atmosphere zone (3). The pneumatic transport means (4) comprise: - support and guide means (41) of the packet which extend between the connection station (2) and the controlled atmosphere zone (3); - gaseous fluid current generation means (42) suitable to push the packet along the support means (41). |
