The present invention relates to a hard coating film and a cover window using the same, and more specifically, to a cover window which can be usefully applied to a display field by improving flexibility and impact strength and obtaining pencil hardness of 7H or higher by applying a hard coating film laminated with a release film, a nano-fiber layer, and a hard coating layer.
