The present invention provides a preformer capable of extruding a thread in which a partition wall shaped cross-section area is formed with a sufficient width from the lower end to the upper end. The preformer of the present invention is used for extruding rubber materials for a tread, and arranges a conductive rubber fluid path in which conductive rubber flows into the central part, and arranges a tread rubber fluid path in which tread rubber flows around both sides of the conductive rubber fluid path, forms the side of the conductive rubber fluid path of the tread rubber fluid path to be inclined towards the downstream side of 70-80°on a vertical plane meeting at a right angle with the conductive rubber fluid path, and arranges the front end of the extrusion outlet of the conductive rubber fluid path which is more projected than the front end of the extrusion outlet of the tread rubber fluid path toward the downstream side as 5-15 mm. |
