PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engagement tool capable of satisfying a customer's request for a long band upon its arrangement in which a load applied to fingers at the time of inserting work is reduced, a band part can be inserted with a small inserting force when the band part is inserted into an inserting hole of a head part and, in addition, a claw can be stably engaged into the band part even when the engagement tool is mass produced.SOLUTION: A claw is arranged under a state in which the claw is bent back at an acute angle around the tip of the claw as a base point of bending-back operation in an attitude of the claw in a side view with respect to an inserting direction of a band part. On the other hand, a biasing mechanism for pressing and biasing, in an engaging/disengaging surface direction, a part of the rear surface of the claw at a side opposite to the engaging or disengaging surface of the band part is arranged within a head part. Furthermore, an oscillating fulcrum point for oscillating the claw toward the engaging/disengaging surface of the band part is arranged at the claw part below the claw pressing and biasing position of the claw, and the claw is freely fitted to the head part in such a way that the oscillating fulcrum point is moved in the oscillating direction and the longitudinal direction of the band part. |
